Dean

Marie is the heart behind High Seas Society — the one who obsesses over every detail of your itinerary to ensure every moment feels intentional, immersive, and deeply cared for.

She understands the quiet pressure of being the dependable one, the leader, the anchor. After years in demanding environments, she knows how essential it is to step outside the noise, into nature, and back into yourself. Her purpose is to create experiences that spark connection, clarity, and a deeper relationship with the natural world.

Before building High Seas Society, Marie spent more than a decade in biotech, leading multicultural teams and navigating global operations at companies like GlaxoSmithKline and Gilead. Those years taught her how to understand people — their depth, their stories, their need for grounding.

Born in Cameroon and now based in the U.S., Marie carries a worldview shaped by movement, courage, and curiosity. When she’s not sailing the Balearic coasts, you can find her skiing double–black-diamond runs with Dean — always seeking a new way to push past comfort and live fully.

Dean is the adventurer at the heart of High Seas Society—the one who brings boldness, curiosity, and a deep sense of exploration to every experience.

He believes adventure isn’t chaos; it’s the confidence to step into the unknown while feeling grounded, safe, and inspired by the natural world. Whether guiding guests to hidden coves or encouraging someone to try something new, Dean makes each journey feel both exhilarating and deeply human.

When he’s not working, you can find him EUC-ing (electric unicycle) through forest trails or skiing down mountain slopes—always seeking the next horizon.

Dean has completed the National Outdoor Leadership School program, worked in wildlife rehabilitation, and led operations at major organizations like MRAS and Catalent. He also holds an MBA and APICS certification.

Victor

Victor is our local legend - born, raised, and shaped by the Balearic Islands. With over 25 years of sailing these waters and leading flotilla tours, he embodies the spirit of local stewardship that defines High Seas Society.

He knows the secret coves, hidden caves, and off-the-map beaches that even Google - will never find. But what makes Victor truly special is his passion for preserving these lands and sharing them with intention.

As a locally rooted guide, he ensures that every voyage honors the community, culture, and coastline. We are proudly locally led - not just taking from these islands, but operating in harmony with them.

With Victor at the helm, every journey becomes a true adventure - and a connection to the soul of the Balearics.
